The Firm
MESOS RIVERS SA is a fiduciary firm founded in 2022 by Burhan Kavakcioglu. It has its offices in Cadenazzo, operates mainly throughout the Canton of Ticino but also in Switzerland.
The fiduciary firm was founded with the aim of making available to private and corporate clients the experience and working knowledge acquired in the fields of accounting, human resources, taxation, financial planning, corporate management and organization, and auditing.
MESOS RIVERS aims to be a point of reference for the customer by offering services and finding tailor-made solutions. To this end, the fiduciary firm also relies on the collaboration of professionals.
The fiduciary firm operates according to the generally recognized fundamentals of the profession and aims to establish a healthy and honest long-term relationship with the client based on professionalism, transparency, trust, and mutual respect, while taking care of the human dimension.

Profile
Burhan Kavakcioglu graduated in Business Administration from SUPSI in 2007 and started working as an auditor up to the position of Audit Manager at a leading auditing and consulting company, gaining experience in auditing and prudential auditing mainly for financial entities and institutions.
He then moved to Geneva in the tax department where he trained as a tax expert and gained experience in that field.
In 2015, he returned to Ticino, joining a financial institution as Vice President. He worked on accounting, tax, financial, regulatory, corporate governance, and internal organization aspects. He participated in due diligence – M&A transactions and carried out assignments at the banking group’s companies.
At the end of 2022, he embarked on a new professional challenge and established MESOS RIVERS SA.
